To qualify for a reduced meeting fee, you need to hold a valid membership with the European Association of Urology (EAU). Press here to become a member now! To join the EAU, simply log in or create a myEAU account, and then select the membership type that best fits your professional role.

*Proof of status is required. A proof of status is an official letter, confirming your current position, written in English and signed by the head of the (hospital) department. The letter should be written on official letterhead, or have a stamp, and shouldn’t be older than 6 months. Descriptions of the different professions can be found here.

• Access to all scientific sessions, with the exception of the ESU-organised Courses and Hands-on Training, for which an additional fee is required
• Access to industry sponsored sessions and seminars
• Access to the EAU Exhibition. The exhibition will be open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
• Obtain a congress bag and congress-related documents
• Access to the Virtual Platform with live streams of all the sessions held in eURO Auditoriums 1 & 2 and some Industry sessions in various rooms as well as On Demand access to recordings of the other sessions (when they become available).

The registration for access to the EAU27 congress online-only will open on 1 October 2026.

An online-only registration includes:

• Access to the virtual rooms with simultaneous live streaming of the rooms eURO Auditorium 1 and eURO Auditorium 2 and the industry sessions from the scientific programme
• Access to the EAU Virtual Platform from 19 February 10:00 CET to explore numerous webcasts, abstracts, videos and more
• Access to the EAU27 Resource Centre for 1 year
• Obtain a certificate of attendance with CME credits for viewed sessions, live and on-demand up to 24 hours after the congress ends

* For full-time researchers, residents and students (who don’t hold a valid EAU Membership) a proof of status is required for registration. A proof of status is an official letter, no older than 6 months, written in English by the head of the hospital department on official hospital letterhead.

Important information for groups: if an online-only registration is created online it is not possible to include a physical registration to the same group; a separate registration must be created, and vice versa.

New EU VAT rules 2025

As of 1 January 2025, we are required to register and charge VAT (tax) based on the country where the final customers reside, for virtual attendance registrations. When paying for an Online-Only EAU27 registration, you will be asked to select the country from which you will participate and pay the appropriate local tax.

Cancellation policy Online-only registrations

• If you want to change your registration from onsite attendance in Amsterdam to online-only attendance, an administration fee of €75,- (incl. VAT) applies. The deadline to change this is 16 February 2027 (23:59 CET). Changes after this date will not be processed, however the full onsite registration also grants access to online-only participation without any additional charges.
• If you want to change your registration from online-only attendance to onsite attendance in Amsterdam the registration fee as mentioned on this page, from the moment your request is received, applies.

Please note that outstanding payments for EAU(N) membership will be checked by the EAU Central Office. Reduction on the registration fee will NOT be granted if your EAU(N) membership subscription of 2027 is not paid or if there are other outstanding amounts.
